Exchanges And Returns
Guanabana Designs are happy to offer you an exchange or credit if you are unhappy with your purchased item, so you can shop with confidence!
You must indicate your intention to exchange/ return within 7 days of the date of delivery, and the item must be returned to us within 14 days after first contact regarding exchange/ return.
All items must be in new & unused condition with all tags attached - This doesn't mean that you can't try the item on, rather that it cannot be 'worn'.
In the situation where you believe that a garment may appear faulty, or different from the description provided on the website, please contact our store on (02) 4926 1273 or email us at shop@guanabana.com.au and we will try and resolve the issue as quick as possible.
